Priyal Sharma is a dedicated and compassionate yoga teacher from Rishikesh, India—the spiritual heart of yoga. She holds a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and specializes in prenatal yoga, guiding expectant mothers through safe, empowering, and nurturing practices.

Trained in the serene settings of Rishikesh, Priyal blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern insights, creating holistic experiences that support both physical well-being and emotional balance. Her prenatal yoga sessions are thoughtfully designed to help women connect with their bodies and their babies, preparing them for childbirth with confidence and calm.

About Ashish Sharma

Ashish Sharma is a passionate yoga teacher and occupational therapist from Rishikesh, India—a place revered as the birthplace of yoga. He holds a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, blending the ancient practices of yoga with his professional expertise in therapy to create deeply healing and personalized experiences for his students.

Ashish’s approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a complete path to self-discovery and inner freedom. His background in occupational therapy allows him to understand the body’s unique needs and abilities, offering practices that are safe, accessible, and transformative for people of all walks of life.

Outside of teaching, Ashish finds inspiration in traveling, connecting with diverse cultures, and exploring the beauty of the world. Music, especially kirtan (devotional chanting), holds a special place in his heart, and he often weaves its uplifting energy into his teachings.
